2. Shipping Policy.

a. Shipping Methods.

We offer various shipping methods to cater to your needs. The available options may include standard shipping with in Kampala, and local pickup.

b. Shipping Costs.

Shipping costs basing on the selected shipping method and location will be applied. Currently Shipping is 5,000 Ugx for places within Kampala. Areas outside of Kampala will be charged higher than this value, and will be agreed upon with the customer.

c. Delivery Time.

The estimated delivery time is Same or next day delivery, depending on the location of the delivery address and the time an order is made.

d. International Shipping.

At the moment, we primarily serve customers within Uganda. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us for assistance.

e. Order Tracking.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our website.


3. Return Policy.

a. Eligibility.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.

b. Timeframe.

Customers have 2 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

c. Return Process.

1. Contact our customer support team to initiate the return process.

2. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps.

3. Pack the items securely, including any original packaging and documentation.

4. Ship the items back to the provided address.


4. Refund or Exchange.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, in the event that an item is damaged we will process a refund or exchange based on the customer's preference.

a. Return Shipping Costs.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

b. Damaged or Defective Items.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any associated shipping costs.
